I appreciate the gentle bends in the main side and roof tubes. It would have been a lot easier to go with straight ones but much less graceful.

That's the carbon fibre outer radiator air duct fitted. When the inner duct is fitted under the seat it creates a path for the air under the 2rike to be channeled up to the radiator and expelled over the top of the rear side pods

Here is a couple of brass adaptors I have turned up to connect the 3/8UNF brake line banjos to the M12 X 1 threaded VW Golf Calipers That I am using on the Blue 2rike.

Here is my solution for the 2rike front brake line set up using a homemade fitting that sends brake lines to both front wheels and also has the brake pressure switch built-in The master cylinder to the right is for the rear brake and is actuated by an adjustable balance bar across both master cylinders

Very neat fitting but you could piggy back the banjo's directly to the m/cyl and use a banjo bolt type pressure switch, or am I missing something and there's a reason why you couldn't.

Hello Kev, Because I could not find a double Length banjo pressure switch, I had to make that fitting. I bet your going to tell me you have been using a pressure switch that can clamp two banjo bolts for years.

Lol, they are or were available from Venhill. I took the easier and cheaper route, single banjo version on the rear m/cyl. The MSVA or IVA does't stipulate which line the switch is to be fitted The other way would be a double ended banjo but they're £30.

If I do my trike build this year I am going to use the old way of a double flair screw ends. I will also have an adjustable bias valve between front and rear if I use a single master cylinder. I do like Banjo fittings but most donor parts here in USA will be the flair fitting type connection.
Not to spam 2rike's post but having Kev and 2rike reading this post I will put this out there. With MEV not having a builder of the ECO-EXO, my getting a trike on the road has not happened yet. One of you Brit's need to buy the kit from Qdos and put it back out there.

I will look out for a double banjo pressure switch next time, now i know they are available. Putting a single banjo bolt pressure switch in the rear master cylinder line would have been easy but I didn't think the pressure would be reliable /High enough under very light braking to illuminate the rear lights compared to the front brake line pressure with the brake balance bar between the two master cylinders set with more weight on the front. To be honest it would be interesting to put a pressure gauge on the front and rear brake lines and compare the Difference.

There just does not seam to be the appetite for single seat reverse trikes in the UK which is a real shame for the little light weight ECO-EXO

I agree re the lack of interest in the eco exo, and to be honest I can see why. I must be one of a very few to actually see one on the road over here, I with a few others went for a ride out, I made a point of following Scott in the orange demo. I remember it was fine up to 50-60mph, but what really struck me was its presence on the road, daddy taking his child's half scale trike for a drive springs to mind.

Scotts Orange Demo was a Burgman 250cc. But the over all size is the same when Exomotive redesigned it for the 400cc Burgman. There are only 12 in the whole world. I would have up sized it with 2 place side by side seating. Scott sold the whole thing to Kelvin (QDOS) and since then not 1 was made new. I tried to buy the whole operation (Twice, from Scott and then QDOS) but Kelvin wanted 9,000 pounds for everything except the Demo as he may have sold it as a new kit. With Stuarts paper drawings and no frame to copy off of I might as well start from fresh.... And now, back to the 2rike show.... I have a set of these in the Garage Wilwood floor pedal They use 3 Master Cylinders and you can bias the front to rear.

The 2rike R1 power plant ready to slot in the back of the 2rike for a trial fit I am pleased to say that the chassis jig I have made for the 2rike chassis has worked out spot on and the bike fits like a glove in the back of the 2rike frame chassis. how you join the bike with trike frame at lower end ?
