Just an update. The Tri-Star is complete and is on the road and functions as originally planned. The VW front end mated with the rear 1400CC Suzuki power train exhibits no issues with handling or cornering. on the highway.Have had the Tri-Star up to speed at 80 to 85 mph. with no advise problems. The higher than normal ground clearance offers better visibility of the vehicle by other drivers and ease over raised objects on the road. This project was completed in about 1 year and I am very pleased with the results.
