It is so hard keeping the "PORK" out of a build. Every little thing adds weight. Little things like a bolt that is 1 inch too long does not matter too much, but multiply that by 100 and you get the idea. Is THAT tube really needed? If it saves your Butt in a crash then YES!!!

NYS DMV requires that all motorcycles have a reflector in the back. While I was installing the reflector, I decided to change the back/stop light form a ninja 250 to a ninja 500 light. Now I'm thinking of putting a back up light on the right side to even things out. It's not a requirement but I think it's a good safety bit to have. Attachment Deleted

I also bought these: (J1772 port and house 110v outdoor socket) Attachment DeletedSo I can charge from any location on the road. I mocked them up on the green cardboard. Now all I have to do is weldup the real one in steeel.

So heard from NY DMV, my front LED turn signals are not DOT approved. So I got on ebay and installed these Triumph rear turn signal. Let see what the next hurtle will be Attachment Deleted
