Just finished this one today and as with each build something new was learned. I added fog light to this one and tweaked the design of the air intake for a better look. All my frames are powdercoated and finish is an exact color match which we do mostly by eye. This one as with all the GL1800's has an extra radiator standard to keep it extra cool. I use a back flow valve on the brake system and what I learned on this one is the fail rates on these valves are about 50% so I have to test each and every one prior to use. This is a problem with the china market, prices are cheap but quality control is non-existent.
