Years ago this RT got me hooked, in the UK, think 3 wheeler, think Reliant Robin, slow, unstable, rubbish, then I saw this in a magazine, fast, amazining looks(at the time) and was said to out handle any 4 wheeler of the time? Well just found out some stuff that I thought I would share :- This pre production model had a car and bike gearbox, I believe it was 20 forward gears and 5 reverse. It had inboard rocker arm front suspension. it was described as mid engined but this meant that the engine was mid mounted between the driver and passenger at the front. It did not have much of a chassis! See attached pictures(never found a pic of the chassis before), I wouldn't like to be in an accident in that! Anyway, for the time, it had to be the Ferrari Enzo of the 3 wheeled world, anyone who has pictures of the 8 or so production models, please post. Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

I saw this one at the Unique Little Car show earlier this year. Only pictures I have.

I wonder if they were all painted like that?

The specs state that it is an air-cooled engine. I'm surprised they could get enough air to that thing!

Loads of air inlets at the front and I suppose it exits through the tunnel and out the back.

Hey Mick, what an amazing concept, I can see why you fell in love with it. my thoughts, a V twin motor, Harley, Ducati, Honda Firestorm, Suzuki, or even a Yamaha TDM much narrower than the motor in the original but the right motor would probably go close to the same power as the original, so perhaps the track may be made a little narrower as well or keep the track and add a little more occupant width if needed. I'm hearing you on the chassis or lack there of, but hey add a bit more steel for side intrusion, redesign the thingypits and do away with the lift up entry and update the look a little, thinking Lotus Elise look or similar and hey presto a magic looking trike which should get along pretty well too. Just thinking, cheers, Ross
