I don't know of a photo posting tutorial here so I thought I'd make a stab at it.
you'll get that page only if you use the "reply" button at the bottom right of the last post on the page. If you use the "Quick Reply" to post a response you'll have to have the photo hosted someplace and then use the "img" codes.
If you are using the quick reply at the bottom of the thread you want to use this code to post a picture.
[ img] (notice I left an extra space between the img and the brackets, don't leave that space when you post a picture) goes before the picture url then close it with [/img]
[ img] i171.photobucket.com/albums/u308/SRX660/Trikes/Parts/T-rextrike.jpg[/img]
will get you this
