hey guys my name is eric i'm 16 in school studying engine technology for power sports. i was given a summer project to make a miniture vehicle and i thought why not a reverse trike like a mini t-rex that'd be pretty unique.

heres what i've got to work with i'll be using my 399cc 11hp briggs, 18.9.5" rear tire, spring/shock assembly from the junk yard for the rear suspension, 15x6.5" front tires, stearing rack from the junk yard, and a modded emissions pump as a supercharger, and a 6.1 gear ratio.

so i mainly need help with the frame dont know which route to take roll cage or not?

so any help would be greatly appreciate

I hope these pictures can help you decide. I personally don't see the need of a rollbar unless you plan on trying for higher speeds. 16 HP will usually only get you about 50-55 mph( at least my honda 250 trike only gets that).
