Hello 3wheel2ground, welcome to the club from Germany. Have you seen plans or frame from sports cycle or indy cycle? These frames are easy to build and if you use smaller dimensions for the tubes you can build it very light. You can buy a lot of brackets ,inserts for tube and rodends at the chassis shop. If you use 16" scooter wheels and brakes and put some motorcycle tires on it you will get very low roll resistance to get a high milage. Maybe it is possible to use ATV spindles in you country. If you want look at the Kolibri-Reverse-Trike build thread at build projekts. I use a 125ccm Honda engine and a comet reverse box. At the moment the projekt is by 180 kg and I hope to be ready by 210 - 230 kg. Good luck with your projekt. Ralf
