Hi everyone. I'm new to this so bear with me please. I have acquired a very deep desire to build a reverse trike. I want it to be a two seater (side by side). I wish to use a donor bike. can anyone tell me if there are kits out there? I am very mechanically experienced but not at all in the body end of it. I have spent hours on this site and love it. Thanks.

Maniac, there are a few kits out there but searching for them is hard. Brows thru this forum in the KIT's topics. One of the simple kits that can be modified by just cutting off the motor mounts and welding on the ones you need is the ECOEXO. Its set up for a 400cc Burgman Scooter with a CVT transmission. exomotive.com/eco-exo/ I was going to buy one and modify it for a 650 Burgman Scooter with a eCVT. I have two Burgman 650's, a 03 that is all apart and a 08 with 35,000 miles on it.

The JZR reverse trike kit from England uses either a Honda CX500 or 650, a Honda Pan European, a Moto Guzzi, or a Harley Davidson as a donor. The CX powered trikes are the most popular. I have a CX650 powered JZR and really like it. It looks like a 1932 Morgan Super Sports. It seats two side by side and comes in either right or left hand drive. There are some pics of my trike on here in another thread. If you like the looks of a timeless classic, you can't do better than a JZR in my opinion. If you would like something more modern, there are several options to choose from.

My JZR pics are under "Favorite RT's" in the general section and then go to "Favorite Reverse Trikes" at the bottom of the page.
