I thinking about getting this kit, reversetrike.com/xzilarator.html , as a first time build mine biggest question is if you have built this kit is there anything you would have or did change.

I have a set of plans for the Xzilarator. After reviewing them i decided to not build it simply because i am interested in the smaller motored trikes and this one would be too heavy for what i want. I do not plan on selling the plans, but keep in my trike library that i'm trying to build.
The one interesting point on the Xz is he has designed it for use with almost all straight tubing so you don't need to buy expensive tubing benders to build it.
