Well ive had a lot of crazy ideas before, but have always enjoyed the thought of riding a motorcycle and the benefits that come with it. However i recently had a chance to buy one finally and well after imagining my ride into work (part country part city) I think i freaked myself out as people just don't care to look. I also have always entertained the idea of a reverse trike for a long time when the can-am spyder came out i was amazed as ive never seen something like that and I feel that started me down the path. Of coarse i could never afford something brand new or at least id prefer a house and garage before i take a loan out for something like that. Which led me to the tri-z and the thought of building my own reverse trike. Ive been watching the Elio develop and was even more intrigued about building something FWD as apposed to using a motorcycle and making a RWD setup; as much fun as thatd be living in upstate NY FWD would be a better option more practical and if i put all this money and time into something id like to try and use it all year round. I finally took the plunge and started researching and filling up a notebook with possible plans and ideas and my hope by joining this forum is to learn more and possibly get some feedback probably withing the near future i will make a build thread as I obtain certain components to build my very own trike. So until then thank you for having such a forum can't wait to learn and hopefully contribute.
