Found this one on the internet. I resized it to a larger size without getting too much noise in the picture.

Some one very skilled in grp has put a lot effort into something very odd. Its the polar opposite of stark functionalism.

I use a Freeware program called Faststone Image Viewer to modify my pictures and it works well without adding much noise unless you take a 200x220 picture and try to make it 500% bigger.

I use the Corel PhotoPaint X7, from the CorelDraw X7 Suite, to modify pictures. You can do a lot with this program and it is much cheaper than photoshop. Education versions are on ebay for $50-80. I also use Corel PaintShopPro(that Corel bought from JASC)because it has a gif animation shop that works very well. I have had both since around 1990. I also like them both because they can use photoshop add-ons. Both are easier for me to use since i started with paintShop Pro way back in 1990. Most pictures i resize are usually around 500x500 pixels, and i take them up to 1000 to 1500 pixels. I also adjust pics for backgrounds in the 2000-2500 pixel range. Some pic's do well and others just have too much noise in them from the start to look very crisp and clear. I also like the Corel Draw because you can do vector pictures( drawings?) that do not have the noise problems. It helps that i am a DSLR camera freak too.
