I wanted to just say that I am in awe!!
I know it isn't an RT...but dang, the information available on their site is priceless.
I know there are those that can't decide on fiberglass or how to lay it up or just doesn't have the knowledge to start the project...well, I am here to offer another option to the home builder...I will honestly say I was not a believer myself at first...but this web site got my brain burning with new ideals...maybe this could be an option 3verse.
Warning!!...this web site is addicting!...I spent about an hour in a half just admiring the craftsmanship...theses are a bunch of collage grads that built this car just for a final grade!...it took them over 2 yrs...I mean WOW!
There are well over 900 pictures and dozens of videos!
I thought it would make a great addition and inspire those who are on the fence about fiberglass...they say that wood has the strength of steel and the weight properties of carbon fiber!...now I am not saying that you would have to go the full extent of how these guys achieved the finished product, but learn from the basic principals.
One could use a full wooden chassis similar to the Tri-magnum and follow up with wood veneers with a final layer of fiberglass so you don't end up with a RT that looks like a boat...just the innovation involved gives the mind a full work out...I hope you will enjoy their site as much as I did.

I would love to hear your thoughts on the whole wood chassis ideal.
