I could see this RT as having a front engine with a shaft drive to the rear wheel. Or perhaps even a hydraulic drive powering the rear wheel. SRX660

What about using a 10kW EV hub motor, there will be no loss from gearboxes or chains, and more room for batteries and freedom of design. Not to forget, huge amounts of torque.
Personally I would stay away from hydraulics as the amount of equipment you would need is very heavy and not overly efficient.
Will this be tilting? If so, I WANT ONE!!!!!!!

like this? I remember seeing what may have been the first commercial attempt at a prone cycle by Tim Elsdale www.encycleopedia.com/index.cfm?pid=23&edID=216This was back in the 80's and I think it was a protoype. It looked quite scary speeding through busy traffic head first just above exhaust pipe level.
